Dak Lak people unite to support flood victims

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Dak Lak Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to mobilize donations to support people affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi), while promoting the spirit of national solidarity, "Mutual love" and the morality of "Love others as you love yourself", in recent days, agencies, units, armed forces, businesses and many people in Dak Lak province have organized donations and support to help people in the northern provinces overcome the consequences of floods caused by storm No. 3.

With the spirit of doing everything for the people affected by the flood in the north, especially through the images of heavy damage to people, property of the state and people, especially the extremely painful and tragic images in areas of landslides, flash floods, isolated by floodwaters... broadcast on mass media and social networks, the ethnic minorities in Dak Lak province have actively donated hundreds of tons of necessities, medicine, clothes... and funds to support the people of the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of floods caused by storm No. 3 and its circulation, and soon stabilize their lives.

On the afternoon of September 12, the Krong Pac District Volunteer Group, consisting of 20 volunteers, along with nearly 50 tons of necessities, bottled water, stomach ache medicine, instant noodles and 400 million VND voluntarily donated by businesses and ethnic people of Krong Pac District, set out for the people of Khanh Yen Ha Commune, Van Ban District, Lao Cai Province.

Up to now, the people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province have donated hundreds of tons of necessities and goods, medicines, clothes, etc. to support people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of floods caused by storm No. 3.
