At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Phong, Head of Department III of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of comrade Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; at the same time, transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
