Comrade Pham Thanh Giang was re-elected as Chairman of the Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union for the 2023 - 2028 term.

(ABO) On May 9, the Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union organized the 17th Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.

The Congress focused on evaluating the achievements of the Trade Union's activities in the 2017-2022 term and setting out directions and tasks for the 2023-2028 term; reviewing the activities of the Trade Union Executive Committee; discussing and contributing ideas on tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming term.

The Executive Committee of the 17th Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union, term 2023 - 2028, was introduced to the Congress.

During the 2017 - 2022 term, under the leadership of the Tien Giang Provincial Civil Servants' Union and the Provincial Youth Union Party Committee, together with the coordination, support and facilitation of professional departments, the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Youth Union's Grassroots Union Congress for the 2017 - 2022 term and the Union's activities have made remarkable progress, contributing positively to the stabilization of the organization and the successful completion of the unit's political and professional tasks, clearly demonstrating the role of the Union organization in taking care of the material, cultural and spiritual life of union members, cadres, civil servants and workers of the unit.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected 3 comrades to the Executive Committee of the 17th Provincial Youth Union, term 2023 - 2028. Comrade Pham Thanh Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, was re-elected as Chairman of the Union. The Congress also elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 6th Congress of Tien Giang Provincial Civil Servants' Union, term 2023 - 2028. The Congress also passed the Resolution for the term 2023 - 2028.
