In the document, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the unit had received documents from Lizen Joint Stock Company reporting the construction status and results achieved in package 21 of component project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project; Construction Joint Stock Company 368, reporting the construction status and results achieved in package 21 of component project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and package 32, component project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Project.
Through inspection and review of the construction situation, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board acknowledged and commended the spirit of urgent and serious work, the efforts and determination to construct "3 shifts, 4 teams" and the high sense of responsibility of the staff, engineers and workers of the two units. According to the assessment, these two units have completed the main items of Package No. 21 of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Package No. 32 of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City section passing through the province, 6-10 months ahead of schedule, achieving high quality, ensuring labor safety and fully complying with regulations.
On that basis, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board proposed the Department of Construction to promptly reward and encourage the spirit of working ahead of schedule of Lizen Joint Stock Company and 368 Construction Joint Stock Company. At the same time, encourage the entire construction team to continue to maintain and promote the achievements that have been achieved, continue to closely coordinate with relevant parties to complete the entire project on time and ahead of schedule.
According to Lizen Joint Stock Company, according to the contract, the construction item undertaken by the unit in Package 21, Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project is scheduled to be completed in May 2026. To date, the construction output has reached 66%, 7 months ahead of schedule compared to the contract. The unit is expected to complete the contract on June 30, 2025, 10.7 months ahead of schedule.
Meanwhile, also in package No. 21, Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, the item undertaken by Construction Joint Stock Company 368, the construction output has also reached about 66%, 9.5 months ahead of schedule compared to the contract. The unit is expected to complete the contract on July 31, 2025, 9.5 months ahead of schedule. For the item in package No. 32, Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, Construction Joint Stock Company 368 has completed more than 42% of the output according to the contract. The unit is expected to complete the contract on June 29, 2026, 172 days ahead of schedule compared to the signed contract.
