He is highly regarded for his technique, finishing ability and tactical thinking, promising to be a quality addition to the Vietnamese team's attack in the near future.
Cong Phuong is the latest name in the list of players called up by coach Kim Sang Sik due to injury. Previously, two players, Thanh Binh ( Viettel The Cong Club) and Bui Hoang Viet Anh (Hanoi Police Football Club) were both injured and could not join the training camp.
