“When the night falls” is a new tourism product designed by Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden to bring visitors a unique experience of the world of wild animals in natural living conditions at night.
Accordingly, the program is held every Saturday night with 2 trips from 7pm to 8pm and from 8:15pm to 9:15pm.
Each tour, Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden only organizes for 10-20 guests from 10 to 65 years old.
On this “When Night Falls” tour, visitors will be able to watch predators such as tigers, leopards, and hyenas in their search for food; witness herbivores and waterfowl that are most active when night falls.
Not only stopping at observation, the program also creates conditions for visitors to interact with animals in the natural environment, to better understand the habits and behaviors of each species.
One of the attractions of the trip is the opportunity to admire the phenomenon of animals' eyes glowing in the dark - a special biological feature that helps them hunt and adapt to low-light environments.
This is a rare opportunity to discover nocturnal animals that are difficult to observe during the day, providing a unique and fascinating experience of the natural world.
