DNO - On the morning of December 15th, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, chaired a meeting to review the plan for organizing the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Finance Center's office in Da Nang City.

Accordingly, the opening ceremony is scheduled to be held on December 21, 2025, at Da Nang Software Park No. 2, Nhu Nguyet Street, Hai Chau Ward.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, instructed the Department of Finance to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and units to urgently complete the remaining tasks in preparing for the opening ceremony. This includes checking the venue, adjusting the program content, and adding delegates based on feedback from the meeting.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated the guidance and licensing of visual promotion of the event on banners and flags; directed and coordinated with Da Nang Newspaper and radio and television stations and other central and local press agencies to publicize the event before, during and after the event.

The Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for providing translation services for city leaders at the event and related activities; and for inviting, managing, and guiding foreign media outlets to cover the event (if any).

The city police will ensure security and order, fire prevention and control during the event, and develop appropriate traffic management plans.
