Draft Law on Artificial Intelligence: Giving policy leverage to businesses developing AI technology
The draft Law on Artificial Intelligence is being developed with the aim of creating a favorable legal environment for Vietnamese enterprises to develop and apply AI safely and sustainably. The Law provides many policies to directly support small and medium enterprises, encourage research and innovation in core technologies, and promote the sharing of data, models, and AI tools to serve the formation of a national artificial intelligence infrastructure. This is considered a strategic step to help Vietnam seize opportunities from the global AI wave.
