Among the 35 outstanding collectives and individuals who have just been awarded the 7th Reading Culture Development Award by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Quang Nam has 1 unit and 1 individual in Duy Xuyen district receiving the award.

The 7th Reading Culture Development Award was presented on May 7 in Hanoi to 20 groups and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in reading culture development activities. Sedo Vinaco Library (Duy Trinh Commune) won the award in the group category; Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - teacher of Nguyen Chi Thanh Primary and Secondary School (Duy Phu Commune) won the award in the individual category.

The Reading Culture Development Award is a prestigious and meaningful award, held annually to honor the valuable contributions of organizations and individuals to the development of reading culture.
