Creating conditions for US businesses to invest in Quang Nam

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung welcomed Network 20/20's interest in learning about the investment environment in Quang Nam .

At the same time, he emphasized that Quang Nam possesses many potentials and outstanding advantages such as strategic geographical location, synchronous transport infrastructure, young and quality human resources, and open and transparent investment attraction policies.

Quang Nam is orienting to develop into a new growth pole of the Central region, with extensive regional connectivity with Da Nang City. The province focuses on building a modern coastal urban model, an international financial center, a free trade zone, a heritage tourism center, and a high-end resort, aiming for sustainable development.

Currently, the province has 205 FDI ​​projects in operation, however, enterprises from the United States are still modest, with only 6 enterprises investing in the industrial and service sectors.

Provincial leaders expressed their hope that more businesses from the United States and other countries would be interested in investing in key areas such as high technology, clean energy, supporting industries, logistics and green tourism.

Network 20/20 is an organization based in New York (USA), bringing together global entrepreneurs, experts, and startups, working to promote investment cooperation and innovation in emerging economies .

This organization is implementing the program "Vietnam Business Diplomacy" with key contents such as startups, digital transformation, renewable energy and climate change.

Representatives of the Network 20/20 delegation, including investors and experts from many countries, expressed special interest in the areas that Quang Nam is prioritizing for development.

The delegation highly appreciated the province's open-minded spirit and positive investment environment, and hoped to soon establish specific cooperation programs in the coming time.
