According to the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district, currently in the district (especially the Eastern region), there are many planned projects, however, over many years, they have not been planned in detail, have not been implemented but have not been adjusted or canceled, affecting the rights and interests of citizens in carrying out procedures related to the land sector such as land division, land use purpose conversion, etc., leading to a large number of petitions and recommendations arising in the area and difficulties in the local management process.

Duy Xuyen District People's Committee resolves existing issues and problems regarding land procedures, compensation, support, and resettlement in the above report and directs Duy Xuyen Land Registration Office Branch to coordinate with relevant agencies of Duy Xuyen District to resolve them in accordance with the provisions of law.
