At the meeting, a large number of cadres, party members and people of Trung Dong village were thoroughly informed about the process of building, growing and developing the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; the history, cultural and revolutionary traditions and people of Quang Nam, affirming that the birth of the Provincial Party Committee was an important turning point in the history of the revolutionary struggle of the Quang Nam people. At the same time, the leadership process of the Provincial Party Committee in the revolutionary struggles (1930 - 1975) was highlighted.

After the liberation of the homeland, Quang Nam province in general and Duy Xuyen district in particular focused on overcoming the consequences of war, implementing the renovation policy and achieving many achievements after 50 years. Thereby, contributing to fostering the trust and pride of cadres, party members and people in the cause of building Quang Nam into a fairly developed province of the country by 2030...

On this occasion, Duy Xuyen district leaders presented gifts to 10 families in difficult circumstances in Trung Dong village with a total value of 7.5 million VND.
