FPT becomes platinum partner of Clearlake, an investment fund of over 90 billion USD

FPT has just signed a platinum partnership agreement with Clearlake Capital Group – a global investment fund managing assets of more than 90 billion USD, co-owner of the top football club Chelsea.

FPT will provide technology solutions and digital transformation using artificial intelligence (AI) to help Clearlake's portfolio companies grow.

This strategic cooperation marks an important step forward for FPT in the European and American markets as well as expanding its activities in providing services, solutions, and advanced technology platforms for various economic sectors, especially in the private economic sector.

Clearlake Capital manages integrated portfolios that include private equity, liquid credit, private credit, and a variety of other financial strategies. Founded in 2006, Clearlake Capital is headquartered in Santa Monica, USA, with offices in Dallas, New York, London, Dublin, Luxembourg, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and has directly or jointly executed 400 investment transactions worldwide with total assets under management of more than $90 billion.
