1985-1998: Succession and Nurturing Hope
Starting from Hai Thach Electrical Construction and Installation Production Enterprise, established in 1985 of the last century in Phu Yen , businessman Ho Minh Hoang succeeded his family - receiving the transfer and continuing the success in managing, restructuring and stabilizing the enterprise during this period.
1998-2008: The successes of a new beginning
Good management, expanding partnerships, successfully implementing construction projects, carpentry and electrical installation in Phu Yen are the remarkable efforts of Hai Thach during this period. In 2002, Hai Thach Construction Investment Company Limited was established and soon achieved impressive successes in the construction field, known to many people for many modern lighting models.

2008-2018: Aspiration for breakthrough
In 2009, Hai Thach marked an important turning point when it "encroached" into a new field - implementing the Deo Ca road tunnel project as an investor and contractor for the main construction items.
In 2014, Hai Thach Group was established, a multi-industry corporation with a charter capital of up to 1,500 billion VND, with more than 700 officers and employees. In 2015-2016, Hai Thach Group contributed capital to Saigon Bridge and Road Construction Corporation (SBRC). In December 2016, SBRC Group was officially launched, marking the completion of capital restructuring and strategic position shift.
2018-2022: Brand Positioning
In May 2018, Saigon Bridge and Road Construction Investment Corporation ( SBRC ) was transformed into Deo Ca Group Corporation , restructured to realize investment and business strategies , and positioned the DEOCA GROUP brand - as the leading investor and general contractor for transport infrastructure projects in Vietnam .
Deo Ca has implemented many projects of complex technical nature, with large total investment such as the road tunnel chain in the Central region including tunnels: Deo Ca, Co Ma, Cu Mong, Hai Van, the expressways Bac Giang - Lang Son, Trung Luong - My Thuan, the coastal tunnel and the Love Bridge on Cua Luc Bay...
The completed projects and works have brought economic, social and national security values, contributing to a safer and more prosperous life for people and the country of Vietnam and have been recognized by the Party , the State and the people .
From 2022 – present: Reaching international level
With nearly 40 years of history of formation and development and existing foundations and capacities, Deo Ca Group strengthens its connections and cooperation with large enterprises in the world to learn from experience, train human resources, research and deploy transportation fields and apply modern management and operation technology to bring the Deoca Group brand to international level.
Deo Ca has cooperated with domestic schools to establish the Deo Ca Training Institute, and has specific cooperation with partners from countries such as Laos, China, Japan, Germany, Denmark, etc. to optimize the implementation of projects on the North-South Expressway and other complex traffic works such as bridges and urban railways.
The birth of Deoca Group Joint Stock Company (Deoca Group) affirms the growth, marking an important step of development from the inheritance and the process of striving to study, work and create continuously for more than three decades of businessman Ho Minh Hoang and his associates.
