Nearly 700 flights arrived in Da Nang during the April 30th and May 1st holiday period.

Specifically, according to information from Da Nang International Airport, during the April 30th - May 1st holiday (5 days from April 30th to May 4th, 2025), it is expected that there will be 692 flights to Da Nang (a 16% increase compared to the same period in 2024). On average, the airport will receive approximately 138 flights per day (57 international and 81 domestic flights); of which, 285 are international flights, a 10% increase compared to the same period last year; and 407 are domestic flights, a 21% increase compared to the same period last year.

On this occasion, a cruise ship docked at Tien Sa Port (AIDASTELLA) carrying 2000 multinational tourists (USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Netherlands, etc.) to visit famous destinations in Da Nang city such as the Marble Mountains, Linh Ung Pagoda - Son Tra, and the Cham Sculpture Museum…

The number of visitors arriving in Da Nang by train during this holiday period is estimated at around 13,243, a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

The overall occupancy rate for 4-5 star and equivalent tourist accommodation establishments is estimated at 75-80%.

To ensure the safety of residents and tourists during this peak holiday period, the Da Nang City Department of Tourism has issued a document requesting tourism service businesses in the city to ensure customer service and organize activities during the April 30th and May 1st holidays;

Direct the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang's tourist beaches to ensure safety and environmental hygiene at tourist beaches and Son Tra Peninsula during the April 30th - May 1st holiday;

The People's Committees of districts and counties are requested to strengthen efforts to ensure security and order, environmental hygiene, combat harassment and touting of tourists, and ensure the safety of tourists participating in tourism activities within their respective districts and counties.
