Pig price today April 25: slight decrease in the North

Recorded on April 25, the price of live pigs in some localities in the North decreased slightly, fluctuating between 67,000 - 76,000 VND/kg. In the South, the live pig market is stable, with prices higher than in the other two regions.

Pig price in the North

Today's live pig price in the North is generally stable, but some places have adjusted down, purchasing in the range of 67,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.

According to the survey, Lao Cai , Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Tuyen Quang provinces all reduced by 1,000 VND/kg, to 67,000 VND/kg.

Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen and Hanoi maintain the highest regional level of 68,000 VND/kg.

The remaining localities maintained stable prices at 67,000 VND/kg.

Pig price in the Central Highlands

Pig prices in the Central Highlands region recorded significant differences between localities, fluctuating between 67,000 - 75,000 VND/kg.

The highest price in the region belongs to Lam Dong and Binh Thuan at 75,000 VND/kg.

Notably, Thanh Hoa recorded a slight decrease of VND 1,000/kg, down to VND 67,000/kg, equal to Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

Pig price in the South

In the Southern region, the live hog market on April 25 was stable, with the price level generally higher than the other two regions, trading in the range of 74,000 - 76,000 VND/kg.

Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Tien Giang and Ben Tre continue to be the leading localities with 76,000 VND/kg.

The remaining provinces such as Binh Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Long An, An Giang, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu and Soc Trang kept the price at 74,000 VND/kg.
