Gia Lai: Regular training for managers and teachers | Gia Lai Electronic Newspaper

(GLO)- The Departmentof Education and Training of Gia Lai province has just issued a regular training plan for managers and teachers of preschool, general education and continuing education institutions for the 2023-2024 school year.

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training requires units, based on the results of regular training in the 2022-2023 school year and the standards of regular training reporters specified in Section 2, Article 9, Circular No. 19/2019/TT-BGDDT dated November 12, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training, to review the team of managers and key teachers to be nominated to attend regular training in the province, ensuring the seriousness and capacity for mass implementation at the unit to achieve efficiency and quality. Managers and key teachers attending training need to study the documents and subject textbooks in advance, and prepare personal computers to serve the purpose of receiving the training topics.

Training content according to job position requirements; annual mandatory training in specialized knowledge and skills for managers and teachers on preschool education development, general education, local education programs and capacity development training. The concentrated training time is expected to take place in early August 2023 at Gia Lai Pedagogical College; duration is 40 periods.

After the Department of Education and Training organizes centralized training for key staff in the province, the Departments of Education and Training will develop plans and organize mass training for all managers, preschool, primary and secondary school teachers in the locality. Principals of high schools, directors of the Provincial Center for Continuing Education, and district-level Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers will organize and implement the sector's regular training plan for teachers in the unit. The training time depends on the specific plans and conditions of the units, but must be completed before the opening day of the 2023-2024 school year.
