Gia Lai: Meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of State Administrative Agencies Offices

(GLO)- On the afternoon of August 26, the Office of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province held a meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Office of State Administrative Agencies (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025) and commend the first typical advanced models of the Office of the People's Committee of the province.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Duong Mah Tiep - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Thu Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the Office sector - the 80-year journey associated with the formation and development of the Vietnamese State administration.

Through historical periods, the staff and civil servants of the Office sector have constantly strived, promoted their sense of responsibility, performed well the work of consulting and synthesizing; effectively served the leadership, direction and administration of Party committees and authorities at all levels.

For the Provincial People's Committee Office, over the years, the collective of cadres and civil servants has always promoted the spirit of solidarity, discipline and responsibility; proactively innovated working methods, promoted the application of information technology, administrative reform, and gradually built a modern and professional Office, meeting the leadership, direction and operation requirements of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Office has advised on the issuance of tens of thousands of directive and administrative documents; performed well the clerical and archival work; provided logistical support for hundreds of meetings and conferences of the province; and at the same time, promoted the role of a bridge between the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches, localities and central agencies.

With important contributions, the Provincial People's Committee Office has been honored to receive many medals and certificates of merit from the Party and State, emulation flags from the Government, certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and central ministries and branches.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the achievements that the Provincial People's Committee Office has achieved in recent times.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In the coming time, each civil servant, public employee, and employee of the Office must continue to maintain political courage, improve public service ethics and professional ethics, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline, continue to build the image of a team of exemplary, dedicated, standard, professional, responsible cadres, public employees, and civil servants, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

At the Conference, 4 collectives and 21 typical advanced individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the 2020-2025 period.
