Today's domestic rice prices on November 7, 2025, turned down in paddy but little changed in rice. Meanwhile, Vietnam's rice export prices remained stable.

The rice market on November 7, 2025 is slightly down in rice but little changed in rice.

Rice price today (November 7) turned down 100 - 200 VND, slow trading, weak purchasing power.

• IR 50404 rice (fresh) is currently priced at around 5,100 - 5,300 VND/kg (down 200 VND); OM 5451 rice (fresh) is trading at 5,300 - 5,500 VND/kg (down 100 VND); OM 18 rice (fresh) is priced at 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg (down 100 VND);
• OM 380 rice (fresh) is around 5,700 - 5,900 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 rice is priced at 6,000 - 6,200 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Dai Thom 8 rice (fresh) is fluctuating around 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg (down 100 VND).
• The price of IR 4625 sticky rice (fresh) is at 7,300 - 7,500 VND/kg; while IR 4625 sticky rice (dried) is at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg. The price of 3-month-old dry sticky rice is trading around 9,600 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Rice prices today (November 7) changed little, trading was weak, and volume was slow.

• The price of raw rice IR 50404 is at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; finished rice IR 50404 is at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg;
• The price of raw rice OM 5451 fluctuates at 7,950 - 8,100 VND/kg; while raw rice OM 18 costs 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg.
• Raw rice OM 380 is priced at 7,800 - 7,900 VND/kg; finished rice OM 380 is priced at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, raw rice CL 555 is priced at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg.
• The price of IR 504 raw rice ranges from 7,600 - 7,700 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice ranges from 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg. The price of Soc Dep raw rice ranges from 7,500 - 7,600 VND/kg.
• Sticky rice price is 21,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Regular rice is at 11,000 - 12,000 VND/kg (down 2,000 VND); Nang Nhen rice is priced at 28,000 VND/kg.
• The price of long grain fragrant rice is 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice is 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice remains at 22,000 VND/kg.
• The purchase price of common white rice is 16,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice is 21,000 VND/kg; Soc Thuong rice is 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; and Soc Thai rice is 20,000 VND/kg.
• Taiwanese fragrant rice is currently priced at 20,000 VND/kg; while Japanese rice is currently priced at 22,000 VND/kg.

The price of broken rice 3.4 is at 7,100 - 7,200 VND/kg (up 100 VND), the price of bran is at 9,000 - 10,000 VND/kg.

In the export market, Vietnamese rice prices continue to remain stable. Accordingly, the price of 100% broken rice is at 314 - 317 USD/ton; 5% broken rice is purchased at 415 - 430 USD/ton; and the price of Jasmine rice is at 478 - 482 USD/ton.

Thus, the price of rice today, November 7, 2025, is slightly decreasing compared to yesterday.

Tay Ninh accelerates the development of sustainable agricultural linkage chains

On November 6, Mr. Truong Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tay Ninh province - led a working delegation to survey and inspect the implementation of the policy on linking production, agricultural product consumption and cooperative economic development in 2025 in Long Chu and Hao Duoc communes (Ben Cau district).

In Long Chu commune, a purely agricultural locality with more than 9,200 hectares of natural area, there are currently 3 cooperatives and 9 crop and livestock farms applying VietGAP and VietGAHP. The commune is implementing a project to link the high-quality rice production chain for the 2023-2026 period, with a total support budget of 600 million VND; at the same time, it has proposed a capital of 1.39 billion VND for the 2026-2030 period with 75 participating households. According to Mr. Ho Thanh Phong, Deputy Head of the Commune Economic Department, support policies have helped farmers improve productivity and stabilize output.

In Hao Duoc commune, there are currently 4 cooperatives and 2 agricultural cooperative groups linked to enterprises. The linkage model helps farmers receive support of about 3.8 million VND/ha and stabilize production. The commune is developing a plan to expand the high-quality rice linkage chain to 500 hectares, requesting a budget of more than 1.5 billion VND for the period 2026-2028.

Deputy Director of the Department Truong Tan Dat assessed that agricultural product chains in Tay Ninh generally operate effectively, but are still affected by market fluctuations. The survey aims to record the reality and advise the province to adjust agricultural support policies for the 2025-2030 period, aiming at sustainable development of the collective economy.
