Durian prices today, April 25, 2025 in Vietnam maintained a stable trend, fluctuating from 30,000 to 130,000 VND/kg, with the South leading in value. In the Mekong Delta, Musang King and Black Thorn durian type A peaked at 125,000-130,000 VND/kg, Thai VIP durian 95,000 VND/kg, Ri6 VIP 60,000 VND/kg, while Ri6 types B and C were the lowest at 30,000-32,000 VND/kg; Tien Giang recorded a slight increase in Thai durian prices of 3,000 VND/kg.
In the Southeast, Thai durian grade A is 85,000-90,000 VND/kg, Ri6 grade A is 53,000-55,000 VND/kg, and grade B is the lowest at 30,000-35,000 VND/kg, with no recorded fluctuations. The Central Highlands has prices similar to the Southeast, with Thai durian grade A at 85,000-90,000 VND/kg, Ri6 grade B at 30,000-33,000 VND/kg, stable compared to the previous session.
Today’s durian prices reflect stable domestic and export demand, but abundant main-season supply in the Mekong Delta keeps prices at an average level; short-term forecasts suggest prices may increase slightly if exports to China improve.
