The Central Inspection Commission proactively implemented and advised the Politburo and the Secretariat to continue reviewing, amending, supplementing, perfecting, issuing, and leading and directing the effective implementation of important documents on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline. Based on this, the Inspection Commissions at all levels proactively advised Party committees to concretize these into regulations and procedures suitable to the practical situation of their localities and units; and promptly issued and organized the implementation of the 2023 inspection and supervision program and plan.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee, and Head of the Central Organization Department, requested that in the coming period, Party committees at all levels regularly pay attention to and periodically work with the Inspection Committee to promptly direct and guide the inspection and supervision work of the Inspection Committee, and continue to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the organization and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the resolutions of the Central Committee. The determination of directions and tasks, and the development of inspection and supervision programs and plans must be feasible, substantive, and appropriate to the conditions and situation of the locality and unit; and the principle of broad supervision and focused inspection must continue to be upheld. The directives of the Political Bureau, the Secretariat, Party committees at all levels, and the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption and negative phenomena must continue to be implemented seriously, promptly, and effectively. Effectively implement the coordination mechanism between the Inspection Committee and the State's inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution, and judicial agencies in the work of inspection, supervision, and prevention and combat of corruption and negative practices.
Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection commissions at all levels continue to study, thoroughly understand, and further enhance awareness and effectively implement the Party's regulations on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline. At the same time, inspection commissions at all levels should continue to research, advise, amend, supplement, and promptly improve regulations, rules, and procedures on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline, ensuring they are rigorous, scientific, synchronized, unified, and appropriate to practical conditions. Focus on comprehensively and effectively carrying out tasks as stipulated in the Party Charter and assigned by Party committees; the focus should be on inspection when there are signs of violations, and on strengthening thematic supervision…
