The 1st Provincial Party Congress will take place from October 2 to 4 with the motto "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Breakthrough-Development".
* Mr. Nay Winh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Al Ba commune: Promoting the role of the Fatherland Front, building a strong national unity bloc
During the past term, the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local socio- political organizations have had many innovations, promoting their important role in consolidating the great national unity bloc and creating consensus in society.
Many movements and campaigns have gone into depth and spread strongly such as: "All people unite to build new countryside and civilized urban areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"; eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses...
These results have contributed to arousing the spirit of solidarity and social responsibility, making important contributions to socio -economic development and maintaining national defense and security in the area.
In the new period, I expect Party committees at all levels to continue to pay attention to directing the building of a truly strong Fatherland Front and mass organizations, a reliable support and a strong bridge between the Party, the State and the People; focus on perfecting the organizational apparatus, improving the quality of the contingent of Front and mass organization cadres with political mettle, dedication and responsibility.
In addition, it is necessary to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots level; promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in propaganda, mobilization and mass gathering work; expand dialogue channels, promptly reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people to Party committees and authorities.
At the same time, pay attention to creating mechanisms, policies, and resources to improve the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, helping the voices of the Front and organizations to increasingly promote their value.
* Mr. Nguyen Sau - Secretary of Party Cell 2 of the Trade Union ( Pleiku Ward): Pay attention to building and rectifying the Party associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
Over the past years, the work of Party building and rectification has been seriously implemented by Party committees and organizations at all levels and achieved many remarkable results.
Party committees at all levels have creative solutions that are suitable to reality, contributing significantly to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations, consolidating the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party's leadership.
In the coming term, faced with intertwined opportunities and challenges, Party building and rectification work needs to be identified as a key task, a regular and continuous task associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
First of all, it is necessary to promote political and ideological education, contributing to raising the awareness of cadres, party members and people about the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws; resolutely and persistently fight to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; and strictly handle manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.
Along with that, linking studying and following Uncle Ho with the patriotic emulation movement and the socio-economic development tasks of the locality. Through that, contributing to building a clean and strong Party, creating motivation to successfully carry out local tasks.
* Ms. Dinh Thi Hiem - Officer in charge of education work in Vinh Thinh commune : Focus on investing in education in remote, isolated and especially disadvantaged areas .
I hope that this Congress will propose breakthrough policies and strategic directions for the education sector in the context of digital transformation and increasingly deep international integration.
Along with that, attention should be paid to investing in facilities and teaching equipment, especially in remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas. The congress should also discuss policies to promote, train and reward teachers working in disadvantaged areas.
I hope that the new term will open up opportunities for young cadres, especially young cadres from ethnic minorities, to train, contribute and mature. I hope that this Congress will clearly demonstrate the spirit of innovation, respect for talents, and create conditions for creative ideas and new models to be applied in practice, especially in the field of education.
Believing that, with the spirit of innovation, courage and collective intelligence, the 1st Provincial Party Congress will open a new development period for the province, in which education will be the foundation and sustainable driving force for the future.
* Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha - Vice Chairman of An Phu Ward People's Committee: Well operating the 2-level local government model , creating convenience for people and businesses
Since July 1, 2025, the two-level local government model has gradually come into stable operation, contributing to facilitating people and businesses in handling administrative procedures.
However, in the process of implementing state management, especially in the socio-cultural field, there are still some difficulties and limitations.
Administrative reform and digital transformation are still slow due to asynchronous technical infrastructure and application software and limited digital skills of officials and civil servants.
There is a lack of qualified human resources in some fields such as planning and construction, land management, information technology, accounting... so the quality and efficiency of work are not as expected.
Towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, I hope that the Party Committee, the government and the relevant agencies will continue to pay attention and issue appropriate mechanisms and policies to overcome the remaining difficulties and problems. Thereby, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the grassroots government apparatus, especially in the economic and urban infrastructure sectors; ensuring the apparatus operates smoothly and effectively, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses in handling administrative procedures as well as contributing to the socio-economic development of An Phu ward in particular and Gia Lai province in general.
*Mr. Le Huy Thuc - Secretary of Tuy Phuoc Commune Youth Union : Encourage and create conditions for young people to contribute their intelligence to the innovation process.
On the eve of the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, in my role as Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, I clearly feel the great trust and expectations of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the innovation and breakthrough of our province in the coming period.
We, the youth, are proud to live and contribute in this meaningful moment; at the same time, we are also deeply aware of the responsibility of the young generation towards the common development of our homeland.
We expect the Congress to propose breakthrough policies, creating strong momentum for socio-economic development, improving people's lives, especially in rural areas and ethnic minority areas.
At the same time, the young generation of the province also hopes that the Congress will pay more attention to building a strong Party and political system, including practical mechanisms to support, train and use young cadres.
Encouraging and creating conditions for young people to participate, contribute their intelligence, courage and desire for innovation will be an important premise for the Provincial Party Committee to have more young and creative human resources to accompany the development.

We believe that this Congress will be an important milestone opening a new development path - where Gia Lai youth continue to affirm their role as a shock force, the trust of the Party and the People.
* Mrs. Rcom H'Guach - a prestigious person in residential group 6 (Ayun Pa ward): Caring for and improving the lives of ethnic minorities
In recent times, Party committees at all levels have issued and implemented many important policies and guidelines to develop the socio-economy in ethnic minority areas. Typical examples are the three national target programs on new rural construction; sustainable poverty reduction; socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Along with that are many poverty reduction policies and projects, helping poor and near-poor households access and effectively use basic social services.
Attention is also paid to the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities; ethnic policies are implemented promptly and to the right target. People increasingly have access to many good services to serve their daily lives.
I hope that the province will continue to issue more appropriate mechanisms and policies to promote development in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.
In particular, pay attention to areas directly related to people's lives such as: supporting production to increase income; caring for spiritual life; focusing on education, training and healthcare, taking care of people's health.
