Hanoi announced 44 commercial housing projects that are completing investment preparation procedures.

(Dan Tri) - A number of commercial housing projects are undergoing investment preparation procedures with a large total investment of 2,000-7,000 billion VND.


The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 225 on approving the updated list of housing and urban area construction investment projects in the city's housing development plans for the 2021-2025 period (phase 4).

This Decision details the list of commercial housing investment projects, urban areas, social housing projects, and information adjustment projects.

Specifically, 11 projects have been approved for investment, including 4 projects under implementation, expected to be completed in the 2021-2025 period, and 7 projects expected to be completed after 2025.

The mentioned projects include the CapitaLand - Hien Duc Tay Ho complex, Him Lam Vinh Tuy residential area, MHD Trung Van building, Tincom Phap Van building, Dong Phat mixed-use commercial service, office and apartment building...

The decision also specifically states a list of 44 projects undergoing investment preparation procedures.

These 44 projects have a total residential floor area of ​​over 3.9 million square meters, supplying 13,553 units to the market. In terms of completion progress, the 2021-2025 period will see 468,919 square meters of completed residential floor area, equivalent to 1,012 units. After 2025, the expected completed residential floor area will be over 3 million square meters with a supply of up to 8,787 units.

Some projects with large total investment include the Vien Son new urban area construction investment project in Son Tay town (7,162 billion VND), Trung Hung new urban area construction investment project in Son Tay town (4,909 billion VND), and Nam Chinh urban area in Phu Xuyen district (2,142 billion VND).

The list also announced 8 updated social housing investment projects, with a total floor area of ​​255,722m2 (about 25.6ha), equivalent to 1,583 apartments. These projects are concentrated in Thuong Tin district, Long Bien district and Hoang Mai district.

Thuong Tin district has 5 new social housing projects. Of which, Ha Hoi commune has 3 projects, with a total of 79 apartments. The expected completion time is the fourth quarter of 2026. In addition, 2 other projects are being implemented in Thuong Tin town, with a total of 102 apartments, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Long Bien District has two new social housing projects. One of them is for officials, civil servants, and employees of the Office of the President in Ngoc Thuy Ward. This social housing area has about 452 apartments and is expected to be completed in 2028.

The second project is located in Ngoc Thuy and Thuong Thanh wards. The project has a total of 450 apartments, expected to be completed in 2030. This project is in the process of site clearance.

Hoang Mai District has a project in Lane 218, Linh Nam Ward with a total of 500 apartments. This project does not require site clearance and also has a low-rise commercial housing area of ​​about 6 apartments. The expected completion date is 2028.

In addition, the decision also details 8 projects with adjusted information and 2 updated resettlement housing construction investment projects.
