Hanoi: Rescued 5 people lost on Ham Lon mountain

On the morning of May 18, according to information from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department ( Hanoi City Police), at 7:17 p.m. on May 17, after receiving a report that someone was lost in the deep mountains of Nam Son Commune, Soc Son District, the Command Information Center mobilized the Soc Son District Fire Prevention and Rescue Team and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department to dispatch a rescue vehicle and officers and soldiers to the scene to search and rescue.

Upon arriving at the scene, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force gathered information and deployed teams to search for the victims. The search area was rainy, slippery, and steep. With the support of local residents, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force was able to reach the group of lost people.

Due to the high, steep terrain, the forces used specialized equipment to successfully bring 5 people down the mountain safely. The victims' health is currently stable.
