Hanoi restricts traffic on Highway 70, how do people travel?

From tomorrow (December 24), Hanoi Department of Transport will organize traffic on Road 70 in Bac Tu Liem District to serve the construction of a clean water pipeline.

Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Transport prohibits vehicles from circulating through the construction area on Highway 70 at Km26+00 in Bac Tu Liem District.

Vehicles traveling from Huu Hong dyke that need to go to National Highway 32 go in the direction: Huu Hong dyke - Road 70 - Sung Khang Road - Yen Noi Road - road connecting Nam Thang Long industrial park to beltway 4 - Road 70 - National Highway 32.

Vehicles traveling from National Highway 32 that need to go to De Huu Hong should follow the direction: National Highway 32 - Road 70 - road connecting Nam Thang Long Industrial Park to Ring Road 4 - Yen Noi Road - Sung Khang Road - Road 70 - De Huu Hong.

Hanoi Department of Transport requires investors and construction units to coordinate with Traffic Police, Traffic Inspectorate, and local authorities to set up remote and on-site traffic control checkpoints.

The contractor must work neatly, not letting materials spill onto the roadway. Vehicles transporting materials into and out of the construction site must be neatly covered, the wheels and undercarriage must be cleaned, and all measures must be taken to ensure environmental hygiene, avoiding affecting people in the surrounding area. The implementation period is from tomorrow (December 24, 2024) to January 18, 2025.
