Accordingly, an interdisciplinary inspection team was established to inspect the implementation of legal regulations in areas related to fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue work in Hanoi city.

Mr. Le Hong Son - Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee is Head of the Delegation; Colonel Duong Duc Hai - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police, Permanent Deputy Head of the Delegation; Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang - Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Delegation.

Members include: Representatives of leaders and experts from the Departments of Industry and Trade, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Natural Resources and Environment, Hanoi Electricity Corporation; representatives of leaders and officers of professional departments of the City Police.

The Head of the Inspection Team decides on the list of units and facilities selected for inspection; inspection methods and time; assigns specific tasks to members of the Team and notifies the list of Inspection Team members to the inspected unit.

The inspection period is expected to be until December 31, 2023. The Inspection Team will conduct surprise inspections of the implementation of legal regulations in areas related to fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue at units and establishments in Hanoi; Summarize the situation and inspection results and report to the Hanoi People's Committee; Members of the Inspection Team are responsible for performing the tasks assigned by the Head of the Inspection Team.
