The Hanoi People's Committee headquarters flew flags at half-mast in remembrance of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

As observed on the morning of July 22nd, flags were flown at half-mast in many places in Hanoi.

The Ministry of Finance headquarters on Tran Hung Dao Street (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) is flying flags at half-mast in remembrance of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

The national flag, tied with a black ribbon, is atop the Ho Guom Theater.

Flags are flown at half-mast at Ngoc Son Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake.

In many residential areas and historical sites, flags were flown at half-mast early on.
