Ninh Binh inaugurates 5 key projects on December 19th.

On December 19th, to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ninh Binh province will simultaneously inaugurate five key projects in the area.

The simultaneous completion of five key projects marks a new stage in the infrastructure development of Ninh Binh province. Among them, the Hoa Lu University project in Hoa Lu ward, with a total investment of nearly 770 billion VND, has completed all construction items. The project, covering 17.3 hectares, is equipped with modern and comprehensive facilities and is ready for operation.

At the same time, Ninh Binh province will inaugurate the Nam Dinh - Lac Quan - coastal road, with a total investment of 6,400 billion VND; Tan Lang bridge and the inter-regional road connecting from Ring Road 4 - Ring Road 5 via National Highway 38 to National Highway 21, with a total investment of 1,496 billion VND.

In addition, the southern arterial road of the old Nam Dinh city (section from Vu Huu Loi road to National Highway 21B), with a total investment of 1,499 billion VND, and the coastal road through Ninh Binh province, phase II, with a total capital of 398 billion VND, will also be put into operation.

Alongside the inauguration ceremony, Ninh Binh also held the groundbreaking ceremony for three large-scale projects: the Minh Chau Industrial Park infrastructure project; the inter-regional connecting road project between the southern Red River Delta and the Northwest mountainous region and the North Central coastal region (Phase I); and the Thanh Liem – Cao Bo road project (T4 axis), combined with the implementation of land clearance for several key transportation routes.

Viet Duc Hospital, Branch 2 in Ninh Binh

Notably, on December 19th, the Ministry of Health will officially inaugurate and put into operation the second facility of Bach Mai Hospital and the second facility of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital in Ninh Binh, contributing to improving the capacity for medical examination and treatment in the region and neighboring provinces.
