Ha Tinh plans to meet overseas Vietnamese returning home for Tet on February 5

According to the plan to organize a meeting to connect overseas Vietnamese in Ha Tinh with their homeland on the occasion of the traditional Tet Giap Thin, which has just been issued by the Provincial People's Committee, the program is expected to take place on February 5, 2024 (ie December 26, Quy Mao year).

The meeting program connecting overseas Vietnamese in Ha Tinh with their homeland is expected to have the participation of 400 delegates, including about 300 overseas Vietnamese.

Through the program, it aims to strengthen the relationship between Ha Tinh people abroad and their homeland, to encourage and motivate overseas Vietnamese to return to their roots, invest and build their homeland. Strengthen the great national unity bloc, create a combined strength, affirm the consistent policy of the Party and State that always respects the Vietnamese community abroad as an inseparable part of the Vietnamese ethnic community; continue to promote the tradition of patriotism, national pride, always be proud of Vietnamese people, Ha Tinh people, play a good role as a bridge of friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and other countries, between Ha Tinh and localities of other countries.

The program also aims to encourage and create conditions for overseas Vietnamese to enjoy Spring and celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation in a warm and affectionate atmosphere in their homeland of Ha Tinh. Through the meeting, information and introduction to overseas Vietnamese about the outstanding achievements in the socio -economic situation and preferential policies for overseas Vietnamese in the province, contributing to strengthening the trust and encouraging overseas Vietnamese to continue to return to their homeland to join hands and contribute to building Ha Tinh province and the country to develop more and more, while understanding the thoughts and aspirations of overseas Vietnamese.

This is also an opportunity to connect overseas Vietnamese businesses with businesses in the province and foreign businesses investing in Ha Tinh province, promoting investment and production cooperation between businesses in the coming time.
