Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online on the evening of April 24, the leader of the Departmentof Education and Training of Luc Nam district (Bac Giang) said that the department had reported on the incident related to school violence at Doi Ngo town Secondary School No. 1.

Specifically, after school on the morning of April 22, student NDL (class 6A4) was beaten by students PTD (class 7A7), DGB (class 7A6) of Doi Ngo town secondary school No. 1 at the end of the multi-purpose building.

While beating this student, the group of students recorded a video with their phones and sent it to some other students. The video was later deleted.

The initial reason was that NDL intended to buy an electric bike from DGB and requested maintenance, but then changed his mind. When B. came to ask for money, L. promised to pay but did not have the money, leading to a conflict.

Immediately after the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Luc Nam district directed Doi Ngo Town Secondary School No. 1 to coordinate with the authorities and Doi Ngo Town Police to verify, clarify the incident and strictly handle violations.

Currently, NDL's health and spirit are gradually stabilizing. The incident is being handled by the above school and the Doi Ngo town police.

In addition, the parties agreed to a settlement of the case and the students involved in beating their friend admitted their mistakes and promised not to repeat the offense.
