The fare to go up the mountain has been reduced from 150,000 VND to 100,000 VND (two ways) for motorbike taxis. The cable car ticket has also been reduced sharply from 350,000 VND to 220,000 VND (round trip). The reduction in cable car ticket prices is in contrast to last year when the ticket price unexpectedly increased by more than 50% during Tet.
