Previously, at around 11:15 p.m. on November 6, Hon Chuoi Border Guard Station received a report from local residents that Mr. NPĐ (born in 1973, temporarily residing on Hon Chuoi Island, Song Doc Commune, Ca Mau Province) was seriously ill, with a life-threatening risk.
Immediately after receiving the information, the unit sent medical staff to examine and provide first aid. Through diagnosis, the patient showed signs of a stroke and needed to be taken to the mainland for emergency treatment.
Therefore, Hon Chuoi Border Guard Station quickly mobilized local people's vehicles to transport Mr. NPĐ to shore and transfer him to a medical facility for continued emergency care and treatment.
Thanks to being taken to a medical facility in time, Mr. NPĐ has overcome the critical stage and his health has improved.
