Artistic direction is Mr. Tran Hai Dang; Meritorious Artist Trinh Tung Linh; Lieutenant Colonel, Meritorious Artist Tran Thi Ut Lan; Arrangers: Tran Manh Hung, Cao Dinh Thang, Le Bang; Orchestra conductor: Meritorious Artist Kim Xuan Hieu, performed by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra.
People's Artist Bui Cong Duy, Meritorious Artist Khanh Ngoc and singers: Pham Thu Ha, Bao Yen, Tran Trang, Truong Linh, Duc Tung participated in the performance.
On October 10, 1954, our army and people from many directions entered to take over the capital, marking a great achievement after 9 years of long and arduous resistance against French colonial rule.
Hanoi was filled with flags and flowers to welcome the victorious army back. That moment was not only a source of pride for the people of Hanoi but also a symbol of the strength of unity and the indomitable will of the entire nation.
