Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Thuy, Head of Admissions and Communications Department of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, informed that in 2025, the school is expected to maintain 3 stable methods: synthesizing academic scores and foreign language certificates; results of the V-SAT computer-based entrance exam, in 2025, 18 universities have signed to use this exam result; considering high school graduation exam results. In addition, there will be direct admission and consideration of combined scores + interviews with international programs.

'Not all majors have jobs after graduation'

According to Master Pham Quang Truong, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business & Law at Saigon International University, in 2025, the school will have 3 admission methods: Admission based on academic records, Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment test scores and high school graduation exam scores. Regarding the admission score, according to the school's benchmark score last year, regarding academic records, the average grade 12 score must be at least 6.0 and the subject combination must be 18 points or higher; the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment test score is from 600/1,200 points or higher; if candidates use the high school graduation exam results, they must achieve 17 points or higher.

Master Nguyen Ba Anh, Deputy Director of Gloucestershire Vietnam, said that the University of Gloucestershire signed a strategic agreement with the University of Economics and Finance of Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), with majors such as international business, multimedia communications, logistics management, financial accounting, international hotel and tourism management... These programs enroll students in 3 ways: grade 12 transcripts, high school graduation exam scores, and results of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City's competency assessment exam. From tomorrow (January 15), the program will begin considering scholarships for candidates enrolling in these training programs.
