Tuition for medical training at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine is 55.2 million VND/year

Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine has announced its projected tuition fee of up to 55.2 million VND for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Tonight (May 29th), Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine announced its 2024 undergraduate admissions plan. Besides information on the admission process, the expected tuition fees announced by the university for successful candidates in 2024 are also worth noting.

Accordingly, the projected tuition fees for full-time students in the 2024-2025 academic year at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine are divided into two levels.

• Level 1 applies to 3 fields (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry): 5,520,000 VND/month (equivalent to 55.2 million VND/10-month academic year).
• Level 2 applies to the remaining majors including: nursing, midwifery, nutrition, medical laboratory technology, medical imaging technology, rehabilitation technology, ophthalmic refraction, and public health. The expected tuition fee for these majors is 4,180,000 VND/month (equivalent to 41.8 million VND/10-month academic year).

The tuition fee mentioned above does not include the two compulsory courses (physical education and national defense and security education) which are collected according to current regulations.

Regarding these figures, the school's admissions plan states: "This is the projected tuition fee to be applied in the 2024-2025 academic year, to meet the high demand for quality medical personnel upon graduation. The school will continue to invest in facilities, strengthen cooperation programs to improve training quality, practical skills at medical facilities, and foreign language proficiency to serve the career development of students. The tuition fee may be adjusted upwards by a maximum of 15% annually."

Along with the projected tuition fees for the upcoming academic year, the Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine's admissions plan also announced the tuition fees for the 2023-2024 academic year. Comparing the fees between the two years, it can be seen that tuition fees for three majors (medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry) are not expected to increase. For the remaining majors, tuition fees for the upcoming academic year are expected to increase by approximately over 10 million VND compared to the 2023-2024 academic year.
