A series of promotional tour programs, discounts, voucher gifts, lucky draws, etc. have been implemented, helping tourism businesses show gratitude to customers, while creating a ripple effect, stimulating demand, promoting tourism growth at the end of the year, aiming to welcome 25 million international visitors and 150 million domestic visitors.

Enhance direct connection

Since the 2025 Autumn Fair opened to the public, the booths of travel and tourism businesses have always been crowded with visitors. Open information counters, billboards, and posters with many attractive promotions have caught the eye and "held" many visitors to the fair. Information about year-end, winter, New Year and Lunar New Year tours, along with many related services such as train tickets, airplane tickets, and hotels are the contents that customers are particularly interested in.

The Autumn Fair is the largest fair ever, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy General Director of Trang An International Tourism Company Limited shared, this is an opportunity for the company to introduce its image and promote tourism products, so it is necessary to launch attractive, new products at competitive prices to sell directly to customers. This is also an opportunity for Vietnamese tourism companies to stimulate tourism demand at the end of the year with big incentive programs, especially deep discounts of 10 - 30% on tour prices.

Ms. Le Hoai Linh ( Vietravel Company) said: On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its establishment, Vietravel introduces to tourists interesting experiences and attractive promotions, especially 1,000 online discount e-vouchers worth up to 1 million VND for customers who register for tours during the fair. These e-vouchers apply to domestic and international tour products, including Fall - Winter, Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year 2026 itineraries. Vietravel also introduces domestic tour combos at preferential prices, including outstanding itineraries such as: Cross-Vietnam tour, Central region, Phu Quoc discovery, Quy Nhon experience, foreign tours to Thailand, China, Japan, Korea... All tours are designed as a package, including airfare, hotel, meals, sightseeing tickets, visa services... for tourists to choose most conveniently.

Launching attractive promotional programs not only helps businesses stimulate consumption, but also grasp the actual needs of customers, thereby adjusting products appropriately for the upcoming tourist season.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, planning to travel to China, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Mui (Xuan La ward, Hanoi ) proactively sought information about tours at the fair. “In nearly an hour, I went through 3-4 booths of major travel companies, holding leaflets to compare tour programs and prices, and received detailed advice on choosing a destination suitable for the whole family, including adults and children. Normally, if I search for information online, it can take me many days to consider. At the fair, the staff answered questions, especially about tourist visas and discussed the schedule in detail. Thanks to that, I was introduced to attractive promotions and good discounts for group travel combos, helping me choose a trip suitable for my family,” Ms. Thuy Mui shared.

Mr. Vu Xuan Tu (Dong Ngac Ward, Hanoi City) commented that at the end of the year, goods and services tend to increase in price compared to the previous year, but tour prices are still reasonable. The cost of transportation and accommodation is carefully calculated by businesses, so the tour prices are reasonable. The cost of 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights tours to "hot" tourist destinations such as Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Phu Tho... in the tour package is not high but it has many conveniences in terms of accommodation, food and more diverse experiences compared to traveling on your own.

At the 2025 Autumn Fair, localities all have booths to introduce culture, tourist destinations, specialties and OCOP products... attracting a large number of visitors. Booths of many localities are meticulously designed, bearing the imprint of the region with a space for cultural exchange, folk art performances and introduction of local specialties. Colors from the majestic Northern mountains, the Central beaches to the Mekong Delta create a lively space, both experiencing and conveying the unique cultural stories of each locality.

Thai Hai Ethnic Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area (Thai Hai Village), Thai Nguyen Province, created a very unique highlight at the fair. As the first village in Vietnam to be recognized by the World Tourism Organization as "The World's Best Tourist Village in 2022", and also achieved a 5-star OCOP certification for cultural tourism products, Thai Hai Village's space is built with bamboo and rattan, decorated with colorful brocade, recreating the image of an ethnic village in the heart of the fair. Stilt house roofs, looms, rattan baskets, palm leaf fans... combined with the aroma of tea, honey, and essential oils create a unique feature of the miniature Thai Nguyen land. Products such as green tea, herbal tea, handicrafts, and souvenirs all represent the traditional cultural quintessence of the Tay people. At the booth, visitors can enjoy ethnic cuisine, learn about the stilt house resort model, and interact and chat with the villagers.

Mr. Cu Gia Long (Thai Hai Village) shared: “By participating in the fair, Thai Hai Village and Thai Nguyen tourist attractions have closely connected to exchange, learn experiences and receive support from tourism management agencies, creating conditions for development and connecting trade inside and outside the province. We bring many traditional products made by the villagers themselves, from Tay ethnic cuisine to handicrafts. Visitors can enjoy purple sticky rice, smoked meat, sausage, lam tea, wild honey... The fair is a valuable opportunity for Thai Hai Village to spread its cultural values and unique, special images to visitors."

Carrying the message “Nghe An Tourism - Sounds of the Vi Giam region”, Nghe An’s booth also made its own mark with a creative display space, harmonizing traditional and modern elements. Images of famous landscapes, heritages, tourism promotional films and publications introducing destinations and typical OCOP products attracted a large number of visitors, inspiring them to explore Nghe An. Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Anh (Do Luong Ecotourism Area - Do Luong Legend Camping and Resort, Nghe An province) shared: “Nghe An is known to many people for Uncle Ho's hometown of Sen Village, Cua Lo beach... but in addition, it also has a very rich tourism ecosystem. Currently, Vinpearl Cua Hoi tourist area is a new highlight of sea tourism; Pu Mat National Park and Do Luong Legend area are becoming attractive destinations for ecotourism. At this fair, Nghe An has many incentive programs to encourage visitors to experience such as lucky spin with discount vouchers from 100,000 to 300,000 VND, along with many incentives from 20 to 50% for tourism services”.

After more than a week of opening, the 2025 Autumn Fair with its vibrant, culturally diverse spaces left many impressions on visitors. The fair not only helps travel, tourism, hotel and destination businesses introduce products and show gratitude to customers, but also promotes the image of local tourism, spreads regional cultural values and stimulates consumption. Incentive programs, experiential tours and featured products have contributed to promoting the tourism industry into the peak season at the end of the year, while supporting Vietnam to get closer to the goal of welcoming 25 million international visitors and 150 million domestic visitors in 2025. The spillover effect and connection opportunities from the fair promise to continue to create momentum for the tourism industry to continue to grow in the coming time.
