Some opinions clarified the causes of the shortcomings and limitations and proposed feasible solutions that were close to and suitable to practical conditions. In particular, regarding the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system, the delegates focused on assessing the dialogue work with the people of the leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels; the work of inspection and supervision to improve the quality of Party cell activities. Especially the work of training, fostering and recruiting Party members. Regarding socio-economic development, national defense and security, and foreign affairs, delegates focused on clarifying the slow progress of public investment disbursement in some localities, especially the implementation of projects with transitional capital sources for the 3 National Target Programs, on that basis, making proposals to speed up the disbursement progress in the last 6 months of the year.

Regarding the work of preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, some delegates recommended: Hydropower plants need to notify people before releasing floodwaters to minimize damage. Concluding the conference, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung emphasized: All levels and sectors need to focus on thoroughly implementing programs and plans to lead the implementation of new directives, resolutions and regulations of the Central Committee. Synchronously implement solutions to improve the quality of education, prepare conditions for the opening of the new school year 2024 - 2025. Continue to effectively implement the work of taking care of people's health, social security policies, ethnic and religious affairs, and sustainable poverty reduction. Focus on the work of clearing bombs, mines, explosives, and searching for martyrs' remains. Proactively grasp and closely forecast the political security situation, ideological security, and plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces. Effectively implement the movement "All people protect national security", firmly maintain national border and territorial sovereignty. Prepare conditions for the successful organization of the provincial defense zone exercise to ensure efficiency, quality, and absolute safety. Strengthening forecasting, capacity for natural disaster prevention, storms and floods, fire prevention, fire fighting, search and rescue.

The subordinate Party Committees immediately started preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on thoroughly grasping Directive 35 of the Politburo and the Plan of the Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
