Conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee

(gialai.gov.vn) - On the morning of November 3, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The conference was held in person at the Provincial Conference Center (Quy Nhon Ward), online to the standing unit's bridge point in the West of the province and connected with 139 bridge points of the Party Committee under the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Political School and communes and wards in the province.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Dai Ngoc said: The first Congress of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place from October 2 - 4, 2025, with 449 delegates, representing more than 147,000 Party members of the entire Party Committee. The Congress has special historical significance, taking place in the context that our province has just completed the arrangement of the organizational apparatus, operating the two-level local government model; the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army are making efforts to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, bringing the country into a new stage of development, deep and comprehensive integration.

The Congress highly promoted democracy, intelligence, discussed responsibility and unanimously passed important documents: Political Report; Review Report of the Provincial Party Committee; Action Program to implement the Resolution; Report on comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and a number of other major contents. That is the crystallization of the intelligence, mettle and aspiration to rise of the entire Party Committee, the entire people and the entire army of Gia Lai province, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity - innovation - development, striving to build Gia Lai into a fairly developed province, strong in national defense - security, rich in cultural identity, modern and integrated.

The Congress agreed on the province's development goals and targets until 2030, in which the GRDP growth rate reaches 10 - 10.5%/year; GRDP per capita reaches 6,300 - 6,500 USD; total budget revenue is over 41,000 billion VND. These are not just numbers, but a political commitment of the Party Committee and the People of Gia Lai to the Central Government, to the People and to the future of the land "from the great mountains to the ocean".

These topics will help delegates better grasp the 33 main targets, 4 key task groups, 5 growth pillars and 4 strategic breakthroughs identified by the Congress Resolution, guiding the actions of the entire Party Committee in the 2025 - 2030 term, orienting Gia Lai to become a center of renewable energy, agricultural and forestry processing, tourism - services and logistics of the South Central Coast - Central Highlands region; a safe, friendly destination, rich in identity and aspirations to rise up.

Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc proposed that, immediately after this conference, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province focus on leading, directing and organizing the synchronous, drastic and effective implementation of the following key tasks: Organize the study and dissemination of the Resolution at their level seriously, scientifically and on schedule according to Plan No. 01-KH/TU dated October 6, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; ensure that all cadres, Party members and people, especially leaders, clearly understand, grasp, imbue and act in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution. The head of the Party committee must directly direct, directly disseminate, promote the role of setting an example, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity, and decisive action for the common good and for the happiness of the people.
