- On the morning of October 20, in Hanoi, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

The conference was held in both live and online formats at Dien Hong bridge, the National Assembly House, connecting with 14,934 bridges nationwide, with more than 1.2 million delegates attending. General Secretary and President To Lam attended and directed the conference.

Also attending the conference were Politburo members: Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man , Chairman of the National Assembly; Luong Cuong, Standing member of the Secretariat; leaders and former leaders of the Party and State; leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister, delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the draft report assessing 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 5 years 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance-budget plan 2025-2027; investment policy for high-speed railway on the North-South axis, policy for establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government".

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".

Delegates attending the conference at the provincial conference center listened to General Secretary and President To Lam deliver a concluding speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary and President To Lam affirmed that the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee has agreed on political determination, breakthroughs, directions, and strategic solutions with new thinking and awareness to accelerate and make breakthroughs in successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best prepare for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
