According to National Auction Company No. 5, the auctioned assets are land use rights for 4 lots in Kim Chung commune - location X2, Dong Sanh area; 2 lots in Lai Yen commune - location X1, Bo Dam area and 1 lot in Di Trach commune - Co Bong area, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city.
Plots of land range in size from 45 - 92 m2, with starting prices from 11 - 26.7 million VND/m2.
The purpose of the land plots is residential land in rural areas; the land use period is stable and long-term. The form and method of auction is by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction according to the ascending price method.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 9 at the hall of the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center.

Previously, in Hoai Duc, the auction of 32 land lots LK05 and LK06 in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune was also successfully held. The auction attracted more than 700 applications from more than 100 customers.
After nearly 10 hours with 12 rounds, the highest winning price reached 109.3 million VND/m2, nearly 15 times higher than the starting price. The highest winning price had an area of 148m2, equivalent to a value of nearly 16.2 billion VND. The lowest winning price was 79.3 million VND/m2, 10.8 times higher than the starting price.
The plot of land with the lowest winning price in this auction was over 85.3 million VND/m2, also 11.6 times higher than the starting price. After the auction, many plots of land were advertised with prices ranging from 300 to 500 million VND.
