Today, candidates begin registering for the 2025 high school graduation exam.

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training , candidates use the system login accounts provided by the Departments and high schools. Students access the online exam registration link of the Ministry of Education and Training at: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

Candidates log in with account information including: CCCD/CMTND/DDCN number, login code and then enter the correct blue confirmation code (with distinction between uppercase and lowercase).

For independent candidates, log in using the National Public Service Portal (white box with blue letters under the Login box), fill in account information or scan the VNeID code on your phone.

Note, independent candidates when registering online with VNeID still have to print the exam form, get confirmation from the ward police of the necessary documents and then submit it to the application receiving point along with documents such as priority points (if any). Therefore, candidates can register directly from the application submission stage if they do not want to register online.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates' photos on the system must have a minimum resolution of 400x600 pixels, be taken in ID-style, and no more than 6 months before the application submission date.

During the process of registering for exams, preliminary registration, and university and college admissions, candidates must use a unified type of identification document: ID card/CCCD/NDDCN/Passport number.

During the registration period, candidates wishing to apply for university and college admission must declare on the software complete and correct information with evidence to enjoy priority in university and college admission according to regulations.
