Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Do Minh Sang sent his best wishes to Cambodian and Lao students studying in An Giang ; Khmer ethnic minority Youth Union - Association - Pioneer cadres and their families and relatives to celebrate the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay and Bunpimay festival with warmth, joy and happiness.

In the joy of celebrating Chol Chnam Thmay and Bunpimay Tet, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, the Provincial Youth Union Secretariat and the Provincial Young Pioneer Council acknowledge and commend the Khmer ethnic Youth Union - Association - Young Pioneer officials who have actively organized activities and movements in the past time, taking care of andeducating young people in the area, contributing to the solidarity work of gathering young people in the area.

In recent times, leaders of sectors and levels in the province in general, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union in particular have always paid attention to and cared for Cambodian and Lao students studying in An Giang and Youth Union - Association - Pioneer cadres, union members and Khmer ethnic youth through specific activities, such as: Organizing exchange programs, cultural festivals of the four ethnic groups Kinh, Cham, Hoa, Khmer; propagating the Party's policies, policies and laws of the State, especially policies to support ethnic youth, organizing meetings, visiting, giving gifts, congratulating Cambodian and Lao students; Khmer Youth Union - Association - Pioneer cadres on the occasion of the traditional New Year; organizing consultation, medical examination and free medicine distribution... Thereby, contributing to tightening the solidarity and neighborly friendship between the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia more and more sustainably.
