The City Border Guard Command coordinates with units to absolutely not allow boats to go out to sea, and calls on boats still operating at sea to enter safe anchorages.
The City Military Command and the City Police directed forces stationed in the area to review response plans, proactively organize and deploy forces and vehicles to be ready to support localities in responding to storms, floods, evacuating people, and rescuing victims.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs and urges localities to deploy work to ensure the safety of reservoirs and irrigation dams, especially key reservoirs and dams, to prevent unexpected incidents; to inspect and review plans to ensure the safety of aquaculture ponds, cages and livestock facilities.

It is forecasted that from November 3 to November 6, Hue city will continue to have heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain; total rainfall in the plains will generally be 150 - 300mm, some places will be over 400mm; in the mountainous and midland areas, it will generally be 200 - 400mm, some places will be over 600mm.
