The training is for 2 groups of people: staff and teachers from 15 Departments of Education and Training of districts, towns and cities; students of Tan Loi Secondary School (Buon Ma Thuot City) and students of Tran Quang Dieu Secondary School (Buon Don District).

During the training courses, trainees participated in activities related to eliminating gender stereotypes and the LGBTIQ+ community (people with special genders), including: learning about some common gender issues and gender stereotypes; gender stereotypes, gender stereotypes related to career orientation; eliminating gender stereotypes and the LGBTIQ+ community. In particular, trainees practiced skills to guide students in preventing gender-based school violence, eliminating gender stereotypes and the LGBTIQ+ community.
After the training, the organizers continued to support and guide the trainees in implementing the selection and development of lesson plans and communication activities at school towards eliminating gender stereotypes and the LGBTIQ+ community; building a day/club on eliminating gender stereotypes in schools in the coming time...
