On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), on November 12, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Minh Son attended and shared the joy of the National Great Unity Day with the people of Ha Ra village (Dak Djrang commune, Mang Yang district).
In the bustling atmosphere of the Festival, delegates and people of Ha Ra village reviewed the 94th history of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day; at the same time, evaluated the implementation of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements of the village in 2024.
In 2024, the cadres and people in the village have well implemented the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State. People actively transformed the structure of crops and livestock, and applied science and technology to production.
The work of hunger eradication and poverty reduction has received special attention from authorities at all levels. The process of selecting beneficiaries is ensured to be in accordance with regulations, public and democratic. The annual poverty reduction roadmap is implemented in accordance with regulations, achieving the targets assigned by superiors. Ensuring that poor and near-poor households are eligible to access loans from the Social Policy Bank for economic development, up to now the village's outstanding debt through associations and unions is 3.4 billion VND for 58 households, of which poor and near-poor households have access to capital reaching 93%. Up to now, the average income per capita is 59 million VND/person/year. Currently, the village has 2 poor households, accounting for 1.88% and 12 near-poor households, accounting for 11.3%. The rate of people participating in health insurance is 98%.
Speaking at the Festival, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Minh Son congratulated and highly appreciated the achievements of Ha Ra village in recent times. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Mang Yang district, Dak Djrang commune and Ha Ra village to promote the good traditions and achievements, continue to promote the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020-2025; continue to encourage people to strengthen the strength of great solidarity, focus on completing the socio-economic tasks of the locality.
Mr. Tran Minh Son emphasized that Mang Yang district continues to effectively organize patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; encourage and motivate people to compete and achieve achievements to welcome the success of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029. Continue to mobilize resources from the community to care for and help the poor and people in difficult circumstances; promote the spirit of mutual love, sharing, helping, together overcoming difficulties, increasing income, striving to eliminate temporary houses; eliminate poor and near-poor households in 2025...
