Speaking here, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc expressed his gratitude for the kindness and noble gestures of individuals, units and organizations that have actively responded to practically supporting the poor through the Fund for the Poor at all levels and social security programs in the city.

According to the Organizing Committee, the peak month "For the poor" this year was implemented by Ho Chi Minh City from October 17 to November 18.
