Krong Pac District: Nearly 97% of inspected constructions show signs of violations in construction and land

The Department of Construction has just issued a Conclusion on the inspection of construction order management for construction works under the inspection and handling authority of the People's Committee of Krong Pac district.

According to the Conclusion of Inspection Team No. 169, most of the construction works inspected by the Inspection Team showed signs of violating the provisions of law in the fields of construction and land. Specifically, 31/32 inspected works (accounting for 96.88%) showed signs of violating the provisions of law in the fields of construction and land.

Notably, there are 14 violating constructions that have been issued administrative penalty decisions by the District People's Committee and required to remedy the consequences, however, the remediation has not been carried out.

Many durian constructions, warehouses and yards were built along National Highway 26 through Krong Pac district.

Previously, implementing Decision No. 169/QD-SXD dated August 18, 2023 of the Director of the Department of Construction on the inspection of construction order management for construction works under the inspection and handling authority of the People's Committee of Krong Pac district. From August 28 to September 11, 2023, Inspection Team No. 169 coordinated with the following units: District Economic and Infrastructure Department, Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Krong Pac district and representatives of the People's Committees of communes and towns to conduct inspections and randomly record the current status of 32 works out of a total of 632 works provided by the People's Committee of Krong Pac district in Report No. 443b/BC-UBND dated August 24, 2023.
