VNA correspondent in the Middle East said that researchers in Iran have released the latest version of the cancer treatment drug Tederox, helping patients with this incurable disease live longer.
According to the Iranian state news agency (IRNA), the drug is produced by a pharmaceutical company with a solid research and development background. The drug was introduced at the Iran Nano 2024 Exhibition, held in Tehran from November 3-6.
In an interview with IRNA, Ali Aghajani, a pharmacist and the company's business development director, said that thanks to its targeted therapy, the new version of Tederox can prolong the lives of cancer patients while reducing the common side effects of cancer drugs. According to this expert, the production process of the above drug took 4 years.
