The bride said the wedding was held at her house on November 8-9. When the ceremony had just ended and both families were sitting down to eat, two foreign tourists on bicycles passed by the front gate of the theater.

Seeing the interesting situation, the family invited them to join in the fun. The groom knew English so he took the initiative to chat and invited the two guests to "when in Rome, do as the Romans do".

"The family and guests were all natural and warmly welcomed. The two foreign guests were also very happy to be invited to a wedding in Vietnam for the first time," Van Anh told Tri Thuc - Znews.

The groom kept chatting in English to help guests integrate. The atmosphere was even more lively when a saxophone player was hired to perform at the party.

"This is the first time the family has encountered such a situation, but it's a happy day so everyone is comfortable," Van Anh said.

After the meal, the two guests said goodbye to everyone and continued their journey. As the wedding procession moved, both sides happened to meet and waved.

This is not the first time international tourists have been unexpectedly invited to a wedding in Vietnam. Last November, a group of Western tourists traveling to the West were also invited by locals to join in the fun, creating great excitement on social networks.
