Coaching in Every Breath by coaching expert Ruby Nguyen has just been introduced to readers in Da Lat. The book launch was organized in the form of a mini retreat (roughly translated as "nurturing", taking time for yourself) with the theme The Way Home Within Us .

Author Ruby Nguyen also shared that she wrote this book for those who are doing coaching, leading, healing, and education work to help them understand the core principles of coaching and use it as a means to develop people.

Ruby Nguyen, whose real name is Le Thi Hong Ngoc, was born in Hanoi . She is an educator, a motivational speaker and a coaching expert. Ruby Nguyen graduated from the Binational Bachelor's program of Hanoi National University of Education and Pusan ​​University of Foreign Studies (Korea) and is a Master of Human Resource Management at the University of Birmingham (UK).

She spent many years living and studying in Korea, then she moved to England to settle down. After more than 15 years living in England, she decided to return to Vietnam and founded the Academy with a slow education philosophy, aiming to unlock the potential and inner peace of the community.

In 2023, Ruby Nguyen released her debut book , Living Like a Firework - a work that touched the hearts of Vietnamese people in many countries. The book quickly became a hit, was reprinted just 10 days after its release, and was honored to be nominated for the 2024 National Book Award.
